Tres Adames is a pastoral counselor, spiritual care educator, and leadership coach with over 12 years of experience in pastoral counseling and more than 20 years in local church ministry and denominational leadership. He helps pastors and ministry leaders develop stronger leadership skills, cultivate healthy team dynamics, and incorporate an understanding of mental health into pastoral care.

Tres also teaches the Christian DISC® Certification Course, equipping pastors and Christian leaders with practical tools for personal growth, leadership development, and relational ministry. His expertise in spiritually integrated care allows him to guide leaders in using the assessment to strengthen teams, improve communication, and foster deeper connections in their ministry.

Drawing from the wisdom of pastoral counseling and spiritual care, Tres equips leaders to navigate ministry challenges with greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and relational wisdom. His coaching provides psychologically-informed but practical strategies for conflict resolution, leadership development, and leader self-care, helping pastors and professionals sustain their calling with resilience and grace.

Tres also serves as a Spiritual Care Specialist Trainer with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), where he helps equip faith leaders with the skills to provide effective and ethical pastoral care that is informed by mental health awareness and best practices.

Outside of his work, Tres is passionate about strength training, rucking, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning, believing that growth should be physical, mental, and spiritual. He embraces the discipline of training body, mind, and soul, seeing it as a reflection of the perseverance and intentionality required for spiritual formation and leadership.
