How quickly will my group package be ready after purchase?
Setup is a manual process and may take up to 1 business day, though we try to get you up and running as soon as possible. You’ll receive an email with instructions once your account is active and ready to use.
What are assessment credits?
Assessment credits are the currency used to track how many assessments you have left in your account. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used. If you have the unlimited plan, you won't be limited by the credit system and your account will have unlimited assessments as long as your subscription is active (for 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
How do I purchase more assessment credits after using the ones in my account?
If you run out of your allotted assessment credits, you can easily purchase additional credits on our website. These flexible credits are still offered at a discount, never expire, and will automatically be added to your admin account so you can continue sending assessments. Alternatively, if you need ongoing, larger-scale access, consider upgrading to our unlimited plan.
What does "unlimited" mean in the unlimited plan?
If you choose the unlimited assessments option, you can send as many Christian DISC® or Classic DISC assessments as you like to as many users as you want for the duration of your plan (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). You won't be limited by credits or need to buy additional assessments as long as your subscription is active.
Do I need certification? Who is it for?
Certification is completely optional. You can bundle the certification course with any number of assessments for only $199 (vs. $299 when purchased alone). The Christian DISC® Certification Course is designed for pastors, faith leaders, counselors, and coaches who want to deepen their expertise in guiding individuals, couples, and groups. Can I pay in installments?
Yes. To make our resources even more accessible, we now accept Shop Pay installments. This allows groups to finance their package over a series of smaller payments, rather than paying the full amount upfront. Choose between an 8-week installment plan or spread the cost across several months. It's a practical way to integrate your new resources from the outset without over-stretching your current budget.
